TBL Furniture Kenya – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Our Commitment to You

At TBL Furniture Kenya, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

You can return items within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Reason for Return Applicable Product Categories
Item received damaged or defective All product categories
Item received with missing parts All product categories
Wrong item, color, size, or model received All product categories
Item seems to be fake or inauthentic All product categories
Packaging was damaged All product categories
Item stopped working after reasonable use All product categories
Size is correct but does not fit as expected Desks & Tables only (exchange only, no refund)

Important Notes:

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags or accessories intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 15 days unless the product is defective under warranty.
  • If the issue is not due to our error (e.g., incorrect size choice), the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or customized items (e.g., engravings, embossing).
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery.
  • Health & hygiene-sensitive items, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. How to Return an Item

To return an item, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer support at sales@tblfurniture.co.ke/ 0742 239446 within 15 days of receiving your item.
Step 2: Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
Step 3: We will review your request and provide a return approval with further instructions.
Step 4: Ship the item back to us using the provided details. Ensure it is securely packaged to avoid damage.
Step 5: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.


5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will also refund your shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Unapproved Returns

If your return request is not approved, we will attempt to redeliver the item twice. If both attempts fail, you must collect it from our designated pickup location within 30 days. If uncollected, the item will be forfeited.
